WIOA Funding — Train for Free
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federal program that can cover 100% of your tuition, materials, and training costs. Elite Trade Institute is listed on the Texas Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL), which means we are pre-approved for WIOA funding.
You may qualify for WIOA if you are:
- Currently unemployed or underemployed
- A U.S. military veteran or eligible spouse
- Receiving public assistance (SNAP, TANF, SSI, Medicaid)
- Recently laid off or displaced from a job
- A young adult (18–24) facing barriers to employment
- An individual with a disability

Payment Plans
If you don’t qualify for WIOA, we offer flexible payment plans so you can spread the cost of your program over time. No large upfront payment required — talk to an enrollment advisor to learn about your options.
Employer Sponsorship
Many employers will cover trade training costs for current or incoming employees. If your employer is willing to sponsor your education, our team can work with them directly to set up billing.
